Property Watch

TANC’s capital campaign team has looked at over a dozen properties since August 2008 in the East Bay cities of Berkeley, El Cerrito, Emeryville, Oakland, and Richmond. The properties toured include churches, warehouses, industrial and office buidlings, and entertainment centers.

Current Property Under Consideration: 5200 Huntington Avenue, Richmond.

Location: Off I-80 towards the Bay. 20 minutes walk from El Cerrito Plaza.
