A rider at the summer festival in Jara, near Lhasa, reaching to pick a katag (ceremonial white scarf) off the ground. It was amazing to watch the horses flying down the narrow dirt track -- we spectators lined up spitting distance away, scattering in a panic now and then when a horse veered off the track.
